Nollywood actor and MTN project fame Host Joseph Benjamin is set to officially divorce his wife of 10 Years. The marriage between Joseph and wife which produced two kids ended in 2012 when the couple went their separate ways due to irreconcilable differences.
Now Benjamin is crossing the Ts and dotting the Is to make the official divorce happen.
Speaking on Channels Television programme 'Rubbin Minds', the actor debunked rumours of domestic violence and infidelity as the causes of the separation.
"A lot was misconstrued and I will not hold anyone responsible for it because everyone is entitled to their own opinion and for me I believe that when you embark on a journey like that, it is something that, it require the two people involved to have a certain form of understanding. Let me go a bit spiritual with you here, the bible says can two work together if they do not agree?
"So there should be some form of agreement. You guys should have this certain joint that kind of links you up together and if to an extent it's not there, and one feels there is a need for you to like maybe move on, let's be matured about this, let things go in a very calm and subtle manner. So that's basically it."
