Chelsea fc of England defeated Paris Saint German 2 - 0 on Tuesday night at the Stamford Bridge to qualify for the semi finals of the 2014 UEFA Champions league.
Chelsea lost 3 - 1 in Paris but now qualifies thanks to the one away goal they scored in Paris.
Andre Scharrle who was brought in for Edin Hazard in the 18th minutes got the first goal for the blues in the 32nd minutes when David Luiz flick throw landed to him in the penality area. Scharrle calmly slot the ball into the corner of the net.
Chelsea had to continue Pilling pressure on the visitors in the tension filled second half.
In the 87 minutes, substitute Demba Ba got the goal that twisted the game when Christopher Jallet could not clear Azpilicueta shot across goal from outside the penalty area and Demba Ba forced the ball in from a close range.
The game ended 2 - 0 in favour of the home side and Chelsea advance to the semi finals.
