Actor Emeka Ike Evicted From Business Premises By Court.

Actor Emeka Ike's school,  St Nicholas College, situated in Magodo, Lagos State, Nigeria was on Friday, 24th January 2014, sealed and possession taken by a Lagos high court.

According to a maestro media report, the school has been in one form of controversy to another since 2005 when it was established. It was gathered that the school business managed by the actor's wife gulped 200 millions Naira to setup.

The reasons why the school had been in court often times were, non payment of rent as at when due, non payment of staff salaries for up to 6 months, lack of maintenance on dilapidated structures, employment of unqualified teachers and incessant increments in school fees of students with nothing to show for it.

After years of litigation, the court finally ruled in favour of the owner of the structure in which the actor setup his school.

On the 24th of January, the court finally evicted the school  from the premises, carting away some valuable properties and leaving the rest in the street after sealing the premises.
