World number one tennis player, Rafael Nadal has won the $137,000 charity poker tournament in Prague.
Nadal dethroned poker top players including Daniel Negreanu to win the event. He also saw off former Brazilian international and three times world footballer of the year, Ronaldo Delima.
The tournament was the first ever live poker event for the 27 year Spaniard even though he had been a regular online poker player and also participated in online poker tournaments.
"I had fun, had great experience here playing with friends, playing for a good cause, for charity, " Nadal said.
"The next thing I know is that tomorrow morning I will be in court at 9 am practicing tennis. "
Besides Negreanu, who is the number one poker player in the world, Nadal beat Italian downhill star Alberto Tomba , Ronaldo and Andrey Shevchenko to win the event.
"My life is still tennis, I just have fun playing poker. "
