It was confirmed by officials of Medview Airlines that one of its planes made an emergency landing on Saturday March 15 2014. The plane which took off from the Murtala Muhammed Airport ( MMA2) was forced to an emergency landing after its engine caught fire minutes after take off.
The flight was fortunately aborted in due time and as a result, no injuries or casualties was recorded.
One of the passengers of the plane was the former governor of Ogun State, Otumba Gbenga Daniel.
The Airline company expresses its gratitude to its crew and passengers for their understanding.
